Billing and Your Free Trial
How the 7-day trial works, what's included, when you're charged, and how to manage billing.
The short answer
The free trial is 7 days. You get access to the tier you chose and the 2-credit AI taste. Your card is charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. Cancel any time from Account.
What's included in the trial
Full access to the tier you signed up on — feed, workspace, pipeline, everything the paid plan includes at that tier — plus 2 credits so you can run a couple of AI tools and see the output.
When you're charged
At the end of day 7 of the trial, we bill the plan you signed up on. From then on you're billed monthly on the same day. Credit packs are one-time charges, billed immediately when you buy them.
Managing billing
- Update payment method — Account → Billing.
- Download invoices — Account → Billing → Invoices.
- Cancel — Account → Billing → Cancel plan. Access continues through the end of the current period.
