Account & Data Security

How your data is isolated, what fedbidops does not support (CUI/controlled), and how to change account credentials.

The short answer

Your data is yours and only yours. Tenant isolation is enforced at the database with row-level security — every row scopes to your account. fedbidops is a commercial product for unclassified, publicly-releasable solicitation content only. It is a hard stop for CUI, controlled unclassified information, ITAR, or anything above unclassified.

What isolation actually means

Every table that holds customer data has a row-level security policy that ties rows to the authenticated user's account. No app-code trickery — a query for another tenant's data returns zero rows at the database layer. Your capability profile, your past performance, your drafts, your pipeline: yours.

What we do not support

  • CUI (Controlled Unclassified Information) of any category.
  • ITAR / EAR export-controlled content.
  • Classified content of any level.
  • Any solicitation content the government has not released publicly.

If a solicitation carries any of those markings, do not upload it and do not paste it into any AI tool. Use the SAM.gov link in your workspace and work the shred manually offline.

Changing credentials

  • Change password — Account → Security → Change password.
  • Change email — Account → Security → Change email. You'll confirm from the new address.
