The short answer
Team tier includes 3 seats. Add more at $79/mo each. Team members share the same account — same feed, same pipeline, same past performance corpus, same profile. Everything they do stays inside your tenant. Nothing leaks across companies.
Inviting seats
Open Team, invite by email. They set their own password and land in your account. Remove a seat the same way — access ends immediately.
What team members share
- The scored feed on the shared capability profile and NAICS.
- Every opportunity workspace and its tabs.
- The pipeline and its stages.
- Past performance and NAICS registries.
- Credit balance — credits pool at the account level.
Tenant isolation
Your account's data is scoped to your account. No other tenant sees any of it — profiles, past performance, drafts, pipeline. Isolation is enforced at the database with row-level security, not in application code. This is non-negotiable and does not depend on any front-end setting.
