The Bid/No-Bid Brief

The Evaluate tab produces a bid/no-bid recommendation with cited rationale, strengths, and gaps.

The short answer

The Evaluate tab is a bid/no-bid brief. It gives you a recommendation, a plain-language rationale, your strengths on this bid, and your gaps — each cited back to specific requirements in the solicitation. Decision support, not a decision. You make the call. Costs 1 credit on metered plans.

What's in the brief

  • Recommendation — Bid, No-Bid, or Bid With Conditions.
  • Rationale — why, in one paragraph a busy executive can read.
  • Strengths — where your profile and past performance line up with what the RFP asks for.
  • Gaps — requirements you don't clearly cover, cited to the exact Section C or L line.

How to use it

Read the brief, cross-check the gaps against reality, and make the call. If a gap is wrong, sharpen your profile or add the past performance that closes it and rerun. If a gap is real, it is the shortlist of things you'd need a teaming partner or a written mitigation for.
