Capture Plan, Pricing & Competitor Intel

The workspace tabs that turn a bid decision into a plan: capture, pricing intel (Pro), and competitor intel (Pro).

The short answer

Once you've decided to bid, three tabs take you from decision to plan. Capture builds your win themes and action items. Pricing (Pro) surfaces LCAT rate intel. Competitor (Pro) pulls the incumbent and likely competitors from USAspending history.

Capture

The Capture tab produces a capture plan tied to this specific opportunity: win themes drawn from your strengths against Section M, discriminators, action items, and open questions. It is the working document your capture manager runs the pursuit off of.

Pricing intel (Pro)

The Pricing tab surfaces LCAT rate context for the labor categories called out in the solicitation — historical rates on comparable awards, ranges to sanity-check your build. It does not build your price. It keeps you from being off by 40%.

Competitor intel (Pro)

The Competitor tab pulls the incumbent (if any) and the most likely competitors from public USAspending records — who has won similar work at this agency, at what values, over what period. Gives you the shape of the field before you commit.
