Troubleshooting Common Issues
Fast fixes for the things that come up most: empty feed, out of credits, feature locked, score looks off.
The short answer
Most of what breaks is one of four things: your feed is empty, you're out of credits, a feature is locked behind a higher plan, or a score looks wrong. Each has a fast fix.
My feed is empty
- Confirm you added NAICS codes. No codes = no lanes = no feed.
- Confirm your capability profile is saved and not blank.
- Wait one overnight cycle. Scoring runs on a schedule; a fresh account will not have scores in the first hour.
- If it's still empty the next day, sharpen the profile and add adjacent NAICS.
I'm out of credits
- Buy a credit pack — $29/10, $69/30, or $199/100 — from Account.
- Or upgrade the plan. Pro and Team come with a metered monthly balance.
- Reading the feed, opening workspaces, and using the pipeline still work with zero credits.
A feature is locked
External RFP upload, Early Signals, Pricing intel, Competitor intel, and Consistency check are Pro features. Team management is Team-tier only. If a tab is greyed out, that's the gate — upgrade from Account.
A score looks wrong
- Open the profile. Read it like an outsider. Is it specific enough to distinguish you from a similar company?
- Add or sharpen dealbreakers. Telling the scorer what you won't chase moves scores as much as telling it what you will.
- Add past performance that covers the type of work you'd want the scorer to catch.
- Save. The rescore runs automatically. Check the feed again.
