Uploading an External RFP
Upload any RFP that didn't come from SAM.gov — prime subcontracting, state, sole-source — and run it through the full workspace.
The short answer
Upload is the second front door. Any RFP you got outside SAM.gov — a prime asking you to sub, a state or local solicitation, a sole-source justification — you can upload it here and run the same Shred, Evaluate, Compliance, Capture, Pricing, Competitor, Draft, and Consistency rails. Available on Pro and Team.
What to upload
- Prime contractor subcontracting RFPs you got as a teammate.
- State and local solicitations that don't hit SAM.gov.
- Sole-source justifications you're preparing a response to.
- Any commercial RFP where the shred discipline still applies.
How it works
Upload the file, we create an opportunity workspace for it as if it had come from the feed, and every tab works the same way. The AI tools cost the same credits they cost on SAM-sourced opportunities.
